What file types are acceptable?

Please supply your files in PDF format, JPG or TIFF files with necessary bleed and crops marks. Your print data should have a resolution of at least 300dpi, otherwise there may be a loss of quality in the print result. Please convert all text into paths in the case of vector graphics. Save all print data in CMYK format.

What are RGB and CMYK colours and how are they different? And on which colour mode, I need to send my files?

Your computer monitor uses RGB colours: Red Green Blue. Printers use CMYK colours: Cyan Magenta Yellow Black – which delivers crisp, clear images you want for your printed piece. In order to make sure your printed piece comes out as you envisioned, convert your document to CMYK colours to see if there are any major differences before you upload your file for business card and flyer printing.
Kindly supply your files in CMYK colour mode. Files supplied in RGB mode will be converted to CMYK mode which will result in alterations in the colours.
